Ingredients
- 1½ cups water, coconut water, or almond milk
- 2 Tbs Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 Tbs Organic Greens Powder or Spirulina
- 1 Tbs raw, ground flax & chia seeds
- Handful of fresh organic greens, washed and patted dry ie. chard, spinach, kale
- ½ cup organic fresh or frozen berries
- 2 tsp Xylitol or Coconut Palm Sugar
- Optional (for hormone balancing): 1 Tbs Maca
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together. Pour in a glass or BPA free to-go bottle and enjoy!
